Horiatiki Greek Salad


  • 5 oz. Crumbled Feta
  • 2 ea Green Peppers
  • 1 ea Green Peppers
  • 1 ea Cucumber
  • 1 ea Small Red Onion


  1. Crumble the feta into small chunks. 

  2. Split, remove seeds and dice the peppers 

  3. Peel and slice the cucumber and onion 

  4. Dice the tomatoes.

  5. Combine all the ingredients except the oregano, oil and vinegar in a salad bowl. 

  6. Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with the oregano, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and dress with the oil and red wine vinegar.
