Kickin’ it
Smashed Salt and Vinegar Potatoes

Ingredients:

Small White, Yellow or Red Potatoes

Olive Oil

Kickin’ It at the Lake Seasoning Salt

Malt Vinegar or other vinegar of your choosing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Wash and dry potatoes

  3. Toss in a little olive oil to coat

  4. Season liberally with Kickin’ It!

  5. Arrange potatoes on a sheet pan

  6. Place in oven and roast for about 30 minutes or until crisp and tender

  7. Remove potatoes from oven

  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then smash them carefully so as to not break them up

  9. Arrange onto the sheet pan again in a single layer

  10. Drizzle generously with olive oil

  11. Return them to the oven on the top rack

  12. Roast another 15- 20 minutes or until crisp and golden brown

  13. Remove from oven

  14. While still hot, sprinkle generously with malt Vinegar

  15. Serve immediately
