With very few exceptions, everything we serve is made from scratch. We prepare artisan breads, using our own wild yeast sourdough method. All foods are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for your dinner. We even culture our own Crème fraîche.
We incorporate as much local, and seasonal ingredients as possible, into our menus. Everything we do is designed to give you the freshest, tastiest, custom culinary experience possible.
We take into account everything from the number of people, dietary needs, menu, number of days, and how many meals per day. Are you vegan? Gluten-free? Can’t get enough Mediterranean-style food? Don’t like eggplant? Love chocolate?
We can meet your individual dietary needs and can often tailor the menu to suit groups with mixed diets such as vegan, gluten-free, etc.
You can expect to pay about $125/per person +tax for Buffet or Family Style Service (minimum 10 people). Charges will be higher for an individually plated, multi-course, formal format ($140.00). This price reflects the customized, unique and uncommon services we proudly provide.
